Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Casa de Beldi purchase. However, if something isn't quite right, we're here to help. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Simply submit your request within this period and send your items back within a further 14 days.
Return Conditions
Please ensure your items are returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact where possible. You may try on garments as you would in a physical shop, but excessive handling that reduces their value may affect your refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage. Our team will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We're happy to help arrange an exchange, subject to availability. Simply select the most relevant reason in our Request a Return form and mention your preferred size or colour.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item? Simply submit a request through our Request a Return form. Select Damaged or Another Reason, as appropriate, and provide a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and arrange a suitable solution.

Whether you'd like to return an item, request an exchange or report an issue with your order, everything can be managed through our online return form. Select the reason that best describes your request, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we have received and inspected your returned items. All refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law and within the legally required timeframe.
