Are any purchases final sale?
Personalised or made-to-order items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. All other eligible items may be returned in accordance with our return policy.
SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery destination. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Find more information on our shipping info page.
When will I get my order?
Orders are generally processed within 24 - 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
RETURNS
How can I return an item?
To return an item, please submit a request through our Request a Return form within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags intact. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or you received an incorrect item.
